History

Deborah Varnam, MSN, FNP-BC, FAANP, FNLP is the former owner of Varnam Family Wellness Center. Ms. Varnam restructured the practice in 2015 and now operates with Raleigh Durham Medical Group, PA, a practice service organization. Raleigh Durham Medical Group now handles many of our administrative functions allowing Ms. Varnam FNP-BC to focus on patient care.

Nancy Murdock, DNP, FNP-BC joined the practice in 2021 part-time while she was also faculty at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Seaside Wellness is pleased to welcome Dr. Murdock, FNP as a full-time nurse practitioner as of August 2022.

Susan Mintz MSN, FNP-BC, CDE joined the practice in 2022 as a part time family nurse practitioner and certified diabetes educator.

Ms. Varnam, FNP, Ms. Mintz, FNP, and Dr. Murdock, FNP provide quality, comprehensive health care to the patients of Seaside Wellness of Shallotte.
